Transportation to the Formula 1 in Zandvoort
Park your car for free at Have Fun Events during the Zandvoort GP 2024! Are you coming from the direction of Leiden, Katwijk, Noordwijk, or other places in the Bollenstreek? Rent an E-scooter, E-chopper, Electric scooter, or Electric bicycle from Have Fun Events and ride relaxed through the dunes from Noordwijk to the Formula 1 in Zandvoort. On the E-chopper and E-scooter, you are required to wear a helmet. On the Electric bicycle and on the Electric scooter, you do not need to wear a helmet. On the scooter, you don't need to kick, and on the bicycle, you just need to pedal a bit to speed up to 25 kilometers per hour. All vehicles travel at 25 kilometers per hour.
Upon arrival in Zandvoort, helpful traffic controllers will direct you to a parking spot near the Circuit of Zandvoort. Here you can safely park your scooter, bike, scooter, or E-chopper and enjoy Max Verstappen, the Formula 1 festivities, and the fantastic atmosphere!
Scooter Riding in the Dunes of Noordwijk and Zandvoort
The E-scooters have a blue license plate. Mopeds are not allowed in the dunes, but an exception is made because they are quiet and have no emissions. You are therefore allowed to ride your electric scooter on the bike path through the dunes from Noordwijk to Zandvoort. The journey to the Formula 1 in Zandvoort is an outing in itself! You ride on the bike path through the beautiful Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes between Noordwijk and Zandvoort.
Scooter Rental Costs in Zandvoort
During the Formula 1 weekend from Friday, August 25th to Sunday, August 27th, you can rent an E-chopper, E-scooter, electric bike, or electric scooter from Have Fun Events in Voorhout for €75 per day. When renting the fun vehicles for multiple days, you will receive a charger so you can charge the batteries overnight. If you wish to return the vehicle on the same day, you can do so until 9:30 PM.
