In spring, admire the flowers in Keukenhof, the most beautiful spring park in the world! And cruise on our E-choppers through the magnificent bulb fields in the delightful villages around Keukenhof, such as Lisse, Noordwijkerhout, Voorhout, Hillegom, De Zilk and Sassenheim. In the summer months we recommend a tour along the boulevard of Noordwijk, through the unique dunes and end your trip with a visit to the beach and enjoy a drink in one of the countless beach clubs.

Have you rented an E-chopper for a scenic ride through the dunes and flower fields? Our enthusiastic team warmly welcomes you at Have Fun Events in Voorhout.

There is plenty of free parking available for cars and touring coaches.

E-Chopper Instructions

Before departure, you will receive:

• A short and clear explanation about the E-chopper

• Safety instructions

• Route information

You can first practice on our parking area to get comfortable with the electric scooter. Once everyone feels confident, your adventure begins!

The Duin- & Bollenstreek Route

We created a convenient junction-based route through:

• The stunning dunes of Noordwijk

• The charming villages of the Bollenstreek

• The most scenic flower fields

The route is mounted on the handlebar, easy to read and simple to operate, so you can fully enjoy your E-chopper tour.

No matter when you visit, the Bollenstreek is beautiful throughout the rental season.

Rent an E-Chopper: 3 Hours, 4 Hours or a Full Day?

3-Hour Rental

The route is approximately 30 km (18.5 miles).
You ride for about 2.5 hours, leaving 30 minutes for:

• A terrace break

• Taking photos

• Relaxing with friends

4-Hour Rental

Same 30 km route, but with more time to:

• Visit a tulip attraction

• Enjoy a longer lunch

• Walk on the beach

• Visit a castle garden or museum

Full-Day Rental (9:00 – 18:00)

Best Time of Year to Rent an E-Chopper

Spring – Tulip Season (March – early May)

During Keukenhof season, the flower fields are at their most colorful.
The second and third weeks of April are usually peak bloom (weather dependent).

Autumn – Dahlia Season (September & October)

Visit three dahlia gardens with over 600 different varieties.

Summer

Even without flowers, the region is stunning:

Would you like to combine your electric scooter rental with a delicious dinner?

We help you choose a restaurant:

Available between 17:00 – 22:00.
You rent the E-chopper for 4 hours and may be out for 5 hours.

No Deposit – Insurance Information

No deposit required.
In case of damage, the deductible is €1000 per vehicle per incident.

For €5 per vehicle, you can reduce the deductible to €300.

The main renter is responsible for all participants.

A valid (moped) driving license is required.

No license?

• Wear comfortable leisure clothing

• Dress for the weather (it feels cooler while riding)

• We recommend you to wear casual clothes. Neat clothing is of course also possible. Wear clothing that is adapted to the weather conditions during your scooter tour. Because you sit still at the scooter it it is just a little bit fresher then you might think.
