U kunt gemakkelijk en snel uw voertuigen online boeken via www.havefunevents.nl. U dient per voertuigsoort een aparte boeking te maken.<\/p>\n\n<p>Wanneer dit niet lukt dan kunt u een handmatige aanvraag doen. Om u ook via de handmatige aanvraag snel van dienst te kunnen zijn wil ik u verzoeken om dit formulier zo volledig mogelijk in te vullen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Wanneer u voor de handmatige boeking kiest dan rekenen wij een eenmalig bedrag van \u20ac 49,50 exclusief 21% btw voor de boekingskosten en het aanmaken van de handmatige factuur. Dit bedrag zullen wij op de factuur toevoegen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Wanneer Have Fun Events de voertuigen voor u boekt, dan geldt dit als definitieve reservering. Wanneer er onverhoopt minder deelnemers meegaan kunt u 10% van het totaal aantal deelnemers kosteloos annuleren, zijn er nog meer afvallers gelden de annuleringsvoorwaarden zoals hieronder vermeld.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bij annulering gelden de volgende voorwaarden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n25 procent van de totale som bij 60 dagen of langer<\/li>\n<li>50 procent van de totale som bij 30 tot 60 dagen<\/li>\n<li>75 procent van de totale som bij 29 dagen tot 7 dagen en<\/li>\n<li>100 procent van de totale som bij 6 dagen of minder.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>De voorraad van de voertuigen kan ieder moment veranderen wanneer andere mensen een boeking maken. De voertuigen zijn pas voor u gereserveerd zodra onze medewerker de door u gevraagde aantallen in het systeem heeft gezet en u een bevestiging per mail heeft ontvangen. Wanneer er geen beschikbaarheid meer is dan nemen wij contact met u op om alternatieve voertuigen en\/of tijd en datum te bespreken.<\/p>\n\n<p>Voor de voertuigen geldt dat de deelnemers een geldig (brommer)rijbewijs dienen te hebben. Deelnemers zonder rijbewijs kunnen vanaf 16 jaar zonder rijbewijs op de elektrische FunStep of op de elektrische FunBike mee. Op de FunStep hoeft men niet te steppen. De FunStep rijdt automatisch door een knopje op het stuur in te duwen. Deze dient u wel zelf te reserveren. <\/li><li>In overleg kunt u ook een optie nemen op voertuigen. Dit houdt in dat op elk moment van de dag online boekingen kunnen worden gemaakt.<\/p><p> Concreet betekend dit voor u: <b>Wanneer een aanvraag nog niet is omgezet naar een definitieve boeking, kan de beschikbaarheid van de voertuigen elk moment wijzigen<\/b>. Wees er dus op tijd bij.<\/p>\n<p>Wilt u de voertuigen direct boeken.
